Admissions Process
We're thrilled you're considering St. Genevieve for your child's education. The admissions process is simple, follow the five steps below to get started!
VISIT AND TOUR
Schedule your tour by calling our main office at 773-237-7131, or schedule a tour online, or submit our online interest form.
SCHEDULE A SHADOW DAY
Shadow day (optional) is scheduled after the school visit and tour. Students will have the opportunity to meet individually with our principal and the teacher of their corresponding grade-level.
COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKET AND SUBMIT APPLICATION FEE

Submit application fee of $100 (until February 28th). $200 (after March 1st)

The following documentation will also be needed...

Child's original birth certificate

Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)

Copy of current immunizations, dental and physical records

Your child's most recent report cards and standardized test scores
-
504/IEP (if applicable)
ADMISSION STATUS DETERMINED
Acceptance packets are mailed/emailed
