Why St. Genevieve Catholic School?

St. Genevieve serves a predominately Latino community. We minister to our community by celebrating holidays like Día de los Muertos and Día de la Virgin de Guadalupe, communicating bilingually with families, and providing bilingual class aides in PreK to assist students transitioning to an English classroom.

Commitment to Academic Excellence

We believe in educating the whole child and are committed to excellence and constant improvement. St. Genevieve has proven academic success implementing the rigorous Eureka Math curriculum for students in Preschool to 8th grade.  It uses the same math language for all grades, focusing on fluency, base 10, and Common Core standards.  Our goal each school year is to have consistent academic collaboration
with all students Preschool to 8th grade.
 

Our Family in Faith

Faith formation is an integral part of St. Genevieve. We incorporate sacramental formation in our 2nd and 8th grade classrooms for First Holy Communion and Confirmation respectively.  From our PreK students learning how to pray to our 8th graders earning graduation ribbons by doing service hours, our Catholic identity is pivotal.
